General Terms and Methods of Payment

All website orders may be paid by either Internet Banking, Afterpay, Credit Card or in store (if you are collecting from 15 Coronation Street, Southbrook, Rangiora). The cost of recovering any default of payments will be borne by the customer. The goods remain the property of The Fabric of Society until full payment is received.

Prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars.

All prices are correct at the time of online publication. Prices are subject to change without notice. The Fabric of Society reserves the right to rectify prices quoted in the invoice, if found to be incorrect. You will be advised if there is a change in price so you can decide whether to continue or cancel your order.

We don’t collect or store any credit card or bank account information when you purchase online.

Pricing

Prices are as shown and include GST. Normal delivery charges within New Zealand are as shown.

GST and delivery charges (if any) will be identified on your tax invoice.

Delivery Costs

Some large, bulky or heavy orders may require an adjustment to quoted delivery costs. If this is the case, we will contact you prior to shipping to finalise the order and arrange shipping. Alternatively, you may prefer to email details of the products required prior to purchase and we will provide a final delivery cost.

If you are requiring delivery to Waiheke Island, Great Barrier Island or Stewart Island, Further charges will apply. We will contact you with a final cost.

Delivery

Please note that we are only able to deliver orders within New Zealand and these are sent via Castle Parcels. All orders must be to a physical address. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes (or similar).

Delivery Delays

All items are promoted in good faith to be available at the time of ordering. Unforeseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. Should there be a delay in dispatching your order, we will contact you to advise you of the reason for the delay.

Returns and Refunds

When you shop with The Fabric of Society, we want you to be completely satisfied.

We endeavour to handle every order with as much care as possible, however if you need to return an item due to an error on our part, or if you receive goods that are damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.

Changing your mind is not a valid reason to return goods, so please choose carefully. If you do change your mind we will provide you with a credit for the cost of the item. The credit does not include any delivery costs (if any).

Goods returned must be unused and in their original packaging.

Please include a copy of your packing slip or your online order receipt with your return.

Any claim for incorrect shipment, faulty or damaged goods on delivery, must be made within five (5) working days of receipt of goods.

Goods will be accepted for credit or replacement at the sole discretion of The Fabric of Society. Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable unless as a result of our error.

Collection Use and Storage of Personal Information

You may browse and access information contained on our website without providing personally identifiable information.
